2nd Energy Efficiency Finance & Investment Forum
Location: Hyatt Regency London
Dates:
01 December 2008 - 02 December 2008
“ The Energy Efficiency Finance and Investment Forum was a well organized event, providing a fresh look at an emerging market opportunity.” Dr Uwe Albrecht, Siemens Venture Capital
The 2nd edition of the Energy Efficiency Investment Event in London
Following its successful launch, the 2nd edition of this conference will unite industry representatives with the finance and investment community in London. The agenda will cover energy efficiency, energy management and energy performance, looking at a range of industrial and commercial sectors. Rather than focussing on technical or cost management topics, the forum will examine the finance and investment issues around energy efficiency, and will identify the key issues and opportunities for both companies and investors.
Euromoney Energy Events and REEEP, the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership, are proud to be once again the co-organisers of this conference.
Environmental and corporate responsibility drivers are raising the profile of energy efficiency as part of the green business agenda. This, combined with increasing consumer pressure, is provoking interest from the finance and investment community.
Energy Efficiency Finance and Investment Forum will focus on the investment opportunities in energy efficiency, allowing delegates to understand the broader trends and longer term opportunities in the sector, as well as providing a unique platform for dialogue between the industry and investors.
The conference agenda will cover areas such as:
• Demand management and end-use efficiency • Smart metering • Energy management systems • CHP • Private wire networks • The evolving ESCO business model
Delegates will include: • Debt and equity investors • Fund managers • Analysts • Project and technology developers • Energy users • Representatives from the broader energy industry
In addition to the conference sessions, extensive networking features built into the conference programme will provide all participants with an invaluable opportunity to make new contacts and identify emerging trends in this expanding market.
