DAY 1: WEDNESDAY 10 MARCH
Session 1: OPENING KEYNOTES
This session will explore policy developments in the emerging European markets, and observe the progression made towards diversifying the energy mix in Central and Eastern Europes regional markets.
Session 2: RENWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS- INVESTOR ROUNDTABLE
As access to capital remains a key challenge, a greater focus is placed on the assurances investors require. This session will consist of two panels, discussing the availability of debt and equity finance for clean energy projects in the Central and Eastern Europe.
Session 3: WIND ENERGY
This session will feature the perspectives of investors and developers on the business environment for wind development in Central and Eastern Europes key markets.
Session 4: BIO-ENERGY
Well developed agricultural markets and background and continuing industrialisation offer a wealth of opportunities for projects in the bio-energy sectors. The session will feature a discussion on the opportunities available in the sector and explore the technologies that offer strong project potential.
DAY 1: THURSDAY 11 MARCH
Session 5: SOLAR ENERGY
Attractive feed-in-tariffs and reduced module prices are turning solar into a promising venture for the Central and Eastern Europe. This session will explore the developing markets and look at project costs assessment, technology procurement and project implementation.
Session 6: COUNTRY SPOTLIGHT TURKEY
Strong incentives, ample resources and a supportive financial sector are all contributing to Turkeys potential for renewable energy developments. This session will offer a special focus on the country, covering the regulatory and financial landscape and exploring the opportunities in the market.
Session 7: PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FOCUS
This session will present case studies for renewable energy developments in the CEE region. Developers and advisors will comment on the broader challenges raised during the conference, offering practical viewpoints on risk management. |
